Nate Geraci, the President of ETFStore, stated on X platform that the US Securities and Exchange Commission is soliciting public opinion on various spot Ethereum ETF documents... Ultimately, approving a spot Bitcoin ETF is equivalent to approving a spot Ethereum ETF? Given that the US Securities and Exchange Commission allows Ethereum futures ETFs, I think so. However, it is clear that there are key differences between Bitcoin and Ethereum (the US Securities and Exchange Commission discusses these differences here).
