Crypto mining company BitFuFu merged with SPAC and listed on Nasdaq today
On March 1st, Arisz Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: ARIZ) announced the completion of its business merger with cryptocurrency mining service company BitFuFu. Arisz's shareholders approved the transaction at a special meeting on February 28, 2024, and BitFuFu's shareholders also approved the deal. The merged public company will be called BitFuFu Inc., and its Class A common stock and warrants are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ stock market on March 1st, under the ticker symbols "FUFU" and "FUFUW".
