Layer 1 blockchain Linera launches public Devnet
Layer1 blockchain Linera launches public Devnet targeting Rust developers and built on the WebAssembly (Wasm) virtual machine. Developers can now test their projects on a small number of test validators operated by the Linera core team. Linera is a low-latency blockchain designed for elastic scalability, thoroughly changing the scalability of blockchain by introducing microchains, removing the memory pool, and minimizing validator interaction. Linera optimizes the performance of web3 applications with a large number of active users, providing unprecedented levels of scalability for use cases such as retail payments, small-value game payments, messaging, self-operated transactions, and blockchain bridges.
