Barley Finance: The wBARL pod contract was attacked and more than 10% of the total supply of BARL in the pod was stolen
On January 29th, Barley Finance posted on X platform stating that there was a vulnerability attack on wBARLpod and the team is currently resolving the issue. The situation is as follows:
1. The attacker stole more than 10% of the total BARL supply in the pod, of which about 9% was collateral from the development team, coming from marketing and development allocations. Therefore, the damage caused to users is minimal (affected players can apply for compensation by sending an email to the official team);
2. The solution is to change the wBARLpod contract to remove the function that caused the vulnerability attack.
