RSS3 Founder: The RSS3 mainnet is about to launch
The founder of the decentralized content distribution and social protocol RSS3 has released a blog post announcing that the main network of RSS3 is about to be launched. This is a decentralized information network. Information freedom is one of the most important attributes of the world's information networks, determining the basis and potential for humans to understand, imagine, and create our world. Information freedom has never been an area with significant material benefits; its pioneer Aaron Swartz (also co-author of RSS) did not become one of the wealthiest people in the world but died fighting for it. The goal of RSS3 is to establish a network composed of numerous nodes that collectively cover all open information on the internet and structure it so that it holds value for everyone who needs it. To achieve this goal, they have designed a twin-layer structure to achieve decentralization below blockchain level while protecting ownership and value at extremely low cost and high efficiency. They plan to initiate an open information movement calling for more people to pay attention to and contribute towards free access to information.
