Over Protocol: Token plan will be announced before the second quarter of the public beta network this year
Over Protocol, a lightweight node protocol for the Layer1 blockchain, announced that its token plan will be released before the second quarter of this year's public test network. The official screenshot shows a tentative total token amount of 1 billion, with the Community Access Plan (OCAP) accounting for 15% of the total tokens. These tokens will be used for early participants and contributors to receive airdrops and will release airdrop formulas for OverWallet and OverNode before the mainnet launch. In addition, the staking reward accounts for 40% and will be gradually distributed over the next 10 years. In July 2023, Over Protocol developer Superblock completed a total of $8 million in fundraising through two financing transactions, with SK, Netmarble, DSC, EInvestment, Schmidt, Spring Camp, and NaverZ participating.
