Aave community is voting to integrate PYUSD
The decentralized non-custodial lending protocol Aave is voting to support the issuance of PayPal's stablecoin PYUSD by Paxos Trust Company. In the ongoing governance vote, 99.98% of participating AAVE token holders have approved the integration of PYUSD into AAVE's Ethereum-based pool. The vote on the proposal called "Temperature Check" introduced by Trident Digital on December 18 will end later on Thursday. This vote comes after decentralized exchange Curve decided to custody PYUSD in December.
