Hyperledger Besu: Previously, multiple nodes on the main network were down, but this has been corrected.
The Ethereum client Hyperledger Besu announced on social media that multiple nodes on the Besu main network crashed on January 6. This was caused by an edge case in Bonsai, and our team was able to fix it within 12 hours with strong support from the community and node operators. Version 24.1.0 has now been released, which includes the Bonsai patch and other improvements. It is recommended for use on the main network, for the upcoming Ethereum testnet upgrade, and for the Spiral fork that ETC is about to launch.
