Pocket Network: Shannon upgrade to be deployed to testnet in Q1
RPC infrastructure provider Pocket Network stated that the Shannon upgrade will be deployed to the testnet in the first quarter and to the mainnet in the second quarter, all of which will be built on Celestia.
