Bitnomial granted approval to settle margined bitcoin futures and options in the US
Bitnomial, a crypto derivatives company, has been granted approval by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to register as a derivatives clearing organization in the US. This will allow the company to settle margined futures and options contracts. Bitnomial already had approval to operate as a designated contract market and as a futures commission merchant. The company plans to offer margined bitcoin futures and options tied to bitcoin futures to US investors.
