Delio files lawsuit after sanctions and fines imposed by South Korean regulators
After being sanctioned and fined 1.896 billion Korean won (about 1.44 million US dollars) by the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) of the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of South Korea in September, crypto finance company Delio filed a lawsuit and requested the cancellation of the 1.896 billion Korean won fine.
