It is normal for CVE numbers to be cited by NVD
On December 10th, SlowMist founder, Yu Xian, stated on social media that it is normal for CVE numbers to be referenced by NVD and it is not necessary to escalate to seeking help from the US federal government to attempt to review the transaction of serial numbers/inscriptions.
Previously, Golden Finance reported that the inscription had utilized a vulnerability in the Bitcoin Core client and had been assigned the identifier CVE-2023-50428.
