Huang Licheng: The 11 million APE allocation involved in the AIP-304 proposal has not yet arrived.
On December 10th, Huang Lizheng announced the progress of the implementation of proposal AIP-304 on X platform, stating that funds have not yet been received.
It is understood that in September, Huang Lizheng initiated proposal AIP-304 in the ApeCoin community, proposing to use 11 million APE tokens to purchase Yuga assets, including BAYC, MAYC, BAKC, and Punks NFTs, for exhibition and donation to art institutions to enhance the global dissemination of digital art. If the proposal is approved, a new governance token DAM will be launched to select and manage NFT collections, with 30% of DAM distributed to ApeCoin stakers over 5 years and 70% allocated to the treasury, to be decided by token holders' votes. The collection will include at least 70% Yuga assets, with 30% optional for other mainstream NFTs.
According to the ApeCoin governance forum, on September 21st, forum administrator Chris.Admin confirmed below the proposal that the proposal was approved and the proposal content will be conveyed to the team for implementation. However, it seems that the proposal has not yet been executed.
