Governance page display, Polkadot OpenGov proposal #231 has been voted through. The proposal suggests using the scheduled investment function of the HydraDX exchange in the Polkadot ecosystem to periodically exchange part of the treasury's DOT for USDT and accumulate it for payment of salaries to Technical Fellowship members.The total exchange amount for this exchange plan is 469,000 DOT, with transaction fees accounting for approximately 0.4% of the total exchange amount. The exchange is carried out approximately every 36 minutes, with 250 USDT obtained per transaction and 10,000 USDT obtained per day.
