Musk's X.AI files with SEC, plans to raise $1 billion in equity offering
X.AI Corp., led by Musk, has submitted documents to the US Securities and Exchange Commission showing that the company is conducting a $1 billion equity securities offering. Currently, $134.7 million in securities have been sold, with $865.3 million remaining for sale. The minimum investment amount for any external investor is $2 million.
