Hangzhou Tobacco Monopoly Bureau recently worked with the Hangzhou Public Security Bureau's anti-drug department and cooperated with public security and tobacco departments in many parts of the country to crack down on a virtual currency sales network involved in drugs on the dark web called "Shangtou Electronic Cigarettes." The case took more than a year to investigate and involved dismantling the entire black industry chain, including marijuana cultivation and the production, distribution, and retail of electronic cigarettes containing marijuana oil, with the amount involved exceeding 15 million yuan.
