Infura, a blockchain development toolkit under ConsenSys, is collaborating with Microsoft, Tencent, and 16 other Web2 companies to launch a decentralized infrastructure network (DIN). DIN is expected to be launched in the fourth quarter as a solution to Infrua's centralization issues.
