Metaplanet 宣布發行零息債，並以比特幣為核心用途再融資 🇯🇵 日本上市公司 @Metaplanet_JP 宣布，其董事會已決議發行第 19 回無擔保普通債券（總額 300 億日圓），並同時買回與取消2024年發行的第3回普通債券。該次新債發行將完全由 EVO FUND 認購，募集資金將部分用於償還舊債，其餘則明確指定用於購買 $BTC 。 Metaplanet 再次強調，本次交易對其 2025 年會計年度整體財務影響預期「極小」，如有重大進展將即時公告。這是該公司近幾個月內第二次以債務方式融資並轉為比特幣配置，延續其對數位資產作為長期儲備資產的戰略佈局。

Metaplanet has issued its 19th Series of Ordinary Bonds worth JPY 30 billion (approx. USD 208 million), zero-coupon and unsecured, fully subscribed by EVO FUND. Proceeds will be used to buy back JPY 1.75 billion in earlier bonds, with the rest allocated to Bitcoin purchases.

We got Leios, Hydra, Midnight, and Bitcoin DeFi alongside governance, security and decentralization. It's also been dehumanizing as we have been blamed for everything wrong and aren't allowed to feel any wins. The trolls organized and crossed social and legal lines that cannot be taken back. The silence of many of the OGs in our ecosystem was also deafening. Being accused of stealing hundreds of millions without any evidence was the lowest point of my career. We continue to move on, but remember the people who contributed to the problems and broken narratives. Hold them accountable accordingly.
