This article explains the key terms and configurable settings for Spot auto-invest bots on Bitget.
What is Spot auto-invest?
Spot auto-invest is a long-term investment strategy that automatically invests a fixed amount of funds at set intervals, regardless of market conditions. It supports disciplined investing and helps reduce the impact of short-term volatility.
Order parameters
Crypto allocation Choose the cryptocurrencies you want to invest in.

You can select up to 10 assets per strategy.

Allocate custom percentages for each asset, or split the amount equally.
Investment per trade

The amount to be invested in each cycle.

The minimum investment per trade is 2 USDT.

Funds will be deducted from your Spot account.

If enabled, funds may also be deducted from your Simple Earn Flexible balance.
Auto-invest frequency Defines how often your investment will occur.

Options: Hourly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly

Set the interval (e.g., every 1 day) and the execution time based on your device's local time zone.
Local time The bot uses your device’s local time to trigger investments.

Example: If set to 18:30, the bot will place an order daily at 18:30 local time.
Make the first buy order immediately after setup When enabled, the bot will place the first order right after setup—without waiting for the next scheduled cycle.
Advanced settings
Auto-invest plan name You can assign a custom name to your investment plan for easier management.
Buy price range Set a minimum and maximum price for selected assets.

Example: If you set BTC's buy range to 20,000 – 30,000 USDT, the bot will only invest in BTC when its price falls within that range.

If the price is outside the defined range, the investment for that cycle will be skipped.
Enable Earn boost When enabled, each invested asset will be automatically subscribed to a Flexible Earn product.

This boosts returns by allowing idle invested assets to earn passive income through Bitget Earn.
PnL parameters
Total profit Cumulative profit earned since the strategy started.
Auto-invest profit Realized profit after deducting transaction fees from completed investments.
Floating PnL Unrealized gains or losses based on market price movement of held assets.

FAQs
1. How many cryptocurrencies can I include in one auto-invest strategy?
You can select up to 10 cryptocurrencies per strategy. You may assign custom allocation percentages to each asset or choose to split the investment amount equally.
2. Where are the funds deducted from for each auto-invest cycle?
Funds are deducted from your Spot account by default. If Simple Earn Flexible is enabled, the bot can also use your Simple Earn Flexible balance for the investment. Ensure you have sufficient available funds in the selected accounts before each scheduled execution time
3. What happens if the asset price is outside my defined buy price range?
If the market price is outside your preset minimum and maximum range, the investment for that asset will be skipped for that cycle. The bot will wait until the next scheduled interval.
4. Can I start investing immediately after setting up the strategy?
Yes. If you enable “Make the first buy order immediately after setup,” the bot will execute the first investment right away. Otherwise, it will wait until the next scheduled cycle based on your selected frequency.
5. What is the difference between auto-invest profit and total profit?

Auto-invest profit refers to realized profit after deducting transaction fees from completed investments.

Total profit includes both realized profit and floating PnL. Floating PnL reflects unrealized gains or losses based on current market prices.
