Retweet and tag your friends to also read and learn The reality many are missing are the following : - Those assets ( currently) only #BTC is currently trading above its last cycle ATH - Even though we pumped to ATH( on BTC and #SOL) , according to the rules of the 4yr market cycle, we should currently trade atleast 1X( $140k) our ATH and 1.5X ( $175k to $200k) early next year, this is conservatively realistic. - Failed to understand that last cycle pump and dump was due to over leverage of many taking advantage of the very low interest rate to borrow ans invest in risk assets like crypto and stocks, which later had to force many to start selling when interest rate hikes begins in 2022, that is the reason the dump hit very hard coupled with Quantitative Tightening campaign. - With everything reset, in 2023, without rate cut and continues Quantitative Tightening, the market gradullay bounced back above half the cycle ATH( of 2021, $70k), with a recent addon of just 3 rate cut, moved past the ATH, and later trump win kicks in which made us go even above 100k plus, we later reset that to below 70k. These are few things i can say from what i observed, in essence what i mean is, the market is currently in a healthy cycle, none of the above from #LUNA, #FTX and other style mistake, many founders and investors learned alot of mistake and would hardly repeat that to another mistake that could cause us like last cycle, which will in turn allow the market to grow healthy without the pump and dump saga. As for #ETH, I am very bullish beyond ever before resson is : Last if you compare ETH with assets like SOL and BTC, you will see that ETH looks healthier than BTC , SOL and any other crypto, take for example, compare the dump of BTC with that of ETH. BTC dumped from $69k ATH to $15k ATL in the last cycle, which is a 4.7X down margin ETH dumped from $4.8k ATH to $900 plus, which is 5x down margin The MC margin between BTC and ETH at that time( during their ATH) is $600B plus( that is BTC is atleast 1X bigger than ETH in market cap), yet they had almost head to head dump 4.7X on BTC and 5X on ETH, to good investors, ETH is overpriced compared to BTC at that time, because the least ETH should have dumped to is 7x to 8x , if BTC is to dump to that much ( 4.7X). Why?, because BTC shouldn't have dumped that due to its strong MC, which shows more economic security than ETH, i see two reason that made BTC dumped that much and made ETH a little stronger : The buffer for ETH dump at that time is the transioning of ETH from POW to POS, the dump on BTC , LUNA contributed into making it dumped that much. I woul have said something on SOL, but we all know, one of the biggest reason SOL also dumped that much was FTX collapse, that dumped Sol from $260 to $8, which is more than 30x down. Investors will see opportunity on BTC because to them, ETH is not sold that much compared to BTC due to the reason above. They will still prefer to invest on SOL due to its low MC advantage, and use the scalability narrative and their cabal steps used to pump market, it was already very obvious to everyone that ETH is winning due to L2s and many other protocols launching, even though ETH gasfee is high, L2s gasfee is very low at that time with alot of protocols like GMX and many others doing very well on arbitrum, did you all know that arbitrum TVL alone, is far bigger than that of Sol TVL in 2023, but later due to the scalability narrative and price advantage Sol has over ETH they chose SOL. And to add the salt to injury, many founders gives VC huge allocation ans start with high MC upon launch, this gave another bad narrative on ETH ( High FDV float). While of that happened, ETH keeps building and upgrading for Users, devs and founders. While SOL is now left with negative narrative of pump and dump , insider ETC.
