How to Export Your Account Data on Bitget?

This article guides you on exporting your Bitget account data, including fund flows and order history. The export feature is only available on the Bitget website and is not supported on the Bitget app.
Types of Data Available for Export
You can export the following types of account data:
1. Account - Fund flows (Asset History):

Spot: Asset History – Spot

Margin: Asset History – Margin

Futures: Asset History – Futures
-
OTC (P2P): Asset History – OTC
2. Orders:
Spot Orders: Order history, order details, fund flow, deposit/withdrawal records
Margin Orders: Order history, fund flow
Futures Orders: Order history, position history, order details, fund flow
Earn History: Savings, On-chain Earn, Dual Investment, Shark Fin, Smart Trend
Time Range and Export Limits
1. Available timeframes:

Last 7 days

Last 30 days

Last 90 days
-
Over 90 days (customizable up to 18 months)
2. Export limits:

Each user can export data up to 10 times per month.

Each export can cover data from the past 18 months.
Export Format, Browser, and Download Details

Supported file formats: CSV, Excel

Recommended browser: Google Chrome for the best performance

Download availability: Once the export is complete, you will receive a notification, and the download link will be available for 7 days—please download your file before it expires.
How to Export Your Account Data?
Step 1: Navigate to your account section
1. Hover over the profile icon in the top-right corner.
2. Select Accounts or Orders, depending on the data you want to export.
Example: Accounts → Spot
Step 2: Select Fund Flow
1. Click Fund Flow on the right side of the page.
Step 3: Set the export parameters
1. Click the Fund Flow icon.
2. Select the desired timeframe for the data.
Step 4: Choose export options
1. Select the coin type, data category, and file format.
2. Click Generate to start the export.
Step 5: Download the exported file
1. Once the export is complete, you will receive a notification.
2. Click Refresh, then Download the file.
3. Use Google Chrome for a smooth download process.
Difference Between Order History and Order Details

Requesting Data Beyond 18 Months or Troubleshooting Issues
If you need data beyond 18 months or experience issues exporting data, follow these guidelines:

Data Exceeding 18 Months

Up to 2 years: Submit a support ticket requesting the data.

Over 2 years: Provide a detailed reason for your request. Approval will be required from Bitget’s relevant departments.

Data Export Issues
If you encounter issues such as incomplete or inaccurate data:
1. Submit a support ticket detailing the issue.
2. Attach your exported file and, if possible, a video demonstrating the steps you followed.
