Here's the step-by-step procedures on how to deposit BRL via bank deposit on Bitget mobile app.
Step 1:
Click [Add Funds] from [Home] and select [Bank Deposit].
Step 2:
Select [Deposit Fiat] and choose BRL as your fiat currency. The current BRL deposit method is Bank Transfer (PIX).
Bank Transfer (PIX) is an instant payment method in Brazil. On Bitget, this service is only available for users who have Brazilian identification authentication.
Step 3:
Enter the amount of BRL you want to transfer and click [Next]. Also, kindly confirm your amount and [Continue].
Step 4:
Please confirm your CPF information from your personal account and wait for the CPF verification. You have to verify your identity before system requests for the CPF confirmation. CPF confirmation will not appear if you have verified yourself and also successfully transferred your BRL to Bitget previously.
You will receive a notification and email once your deposit is successful.
Step 5:
If you want to check the status of your fiat deposit, click the clock icon on top right.
Alternatively, please wait for a short while and check your BRL amount in [Spot Account], by searching [BRL] in the asset list.

8. Can I transfer directly without placing an order on Bitget.com?
No. You must place an order on Bitget before making any transfer from a bank account.
9. What if I made a transfer different from the order amount?
In bank transfer (PIX), the amount of deposit must be the same as the order placed on Bitget. If you entered a different amount when creating this order, you must create a new order with the correct amount.
