Bitget Internal AMA with Land of Conquest

Hello everyone! I'm Lyn, the host of AMA today. I am also the Operation Manager of Bitget English Telegram Community.

To make you learn more about our project partner - Land of Conquest, here we are holding an AMA in the Bitget English Telegram Community.

Q: Hello Joe! Would you like to introduce yourself to us first?

A: Hello everyone, I’m Joe, the marketing manager from Land of Conquest. Firstly, I want to thank Bitget for giving me this opportunity and I’m really glad to meet you all here. I’ve been working on multiple blockchain projects since 2017. I have started working on Land of Conquest project since this February.

Q1: Please introduce your Land of Conquest project.

A1:

Land of Conquest is a new blockchain MMO SLG Game with a novel Play-To-Earn economic model set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland. It’s developed by a famous game studio which has 7 to 10 years of game development experience and three years of blockchain smart contract development experience. The governance token is SLG which is short for a simulation game. Simulation games replicate certain situations in "real" life. Players use strategies to compete with computers or other players and achieve various forms of victory, such as victory in war or successful farm management. The main categories of SLGs include war strategy, flight/space simulation, business simulation, and role-playing.

Q2: Why do you want to start this project, any pain point you would like to solve?

A2:

LOC has been under development for several years and tested many times. I like this kind of game very much and I do think the other people will like this game as much as me if they play the LOC game. Because SLG games often contain not-that-simple gameplay. Along with the free-to-play and play-to-earn mechanism in it, I do think that players also need time and discussions to understand the full work metrics of the NFTs like Land in the Game and other aspects.

Well, every project has risks. The LOC game project is the same. We tried our best to continuously optimize our project, hear the voice from our supporters, like the players from our communities, and cooperate with the game guild etc.

Everyone knows that it’s in a bear market now and the most games are actually not updated recently. But we still would like to do what we can do, update the functions, fix bugs, hold in-game events and so on. And Anyone is well-welcomed to join us and experience the game.

Q3: During the project development, is everything going according to your plan? Are there any technical barriers that you think could pose limitations for mass adoption and expansion?

A3:

So far so good. Really thank my team and the supporters. Everything follows our World Map and we do them step by step.

We launched the Closed Beta test on Sep 1st this year. It lasts almost two months. 500+ players played the game and experienced the post-apocalyptic wasteland. During that time, we have fixed more than 150 bugs and completed the development for the android application package.

We held several AMAs to communicate with our players in order to share the latest info, share the tips of earning more, and get feedback from our players, etc. Furthermore, we also had many in-game events. So the players can exactly play to earn. Now, it’s in the Land NFT test. The game is still under optimization.

Q4: What are the roles of Mech NFT, would you like to tell us more about its ecosystem?

A4:

Mech NFT plays an important role in the LOC game. It can improve the in-game combat ability and production capacity. It can help the players a lot during the fight.

There are 3 rarities namely: R, SR and SSR. The R Mech NFT represents Rare Mech. SR represents Super Rare Mech and SSR represents Super Super Rare Mech. The SSR Mech NFTs are more valuable in the LOC Game and hence will help users with fighting in the Game. SR is more valuable too compared to the R rarity.

Q5: Please describe your project in one word.

A5:

It’s really hard to describe the LOC game in one word. LOC is a Decentralized Multi-End Metaverse Game, that integrates blockchain Gaming with real time war scenes through combats and development of barack (in the form of Base). LOC is designed to enhance the way Gamers interact with blockchain Games in a more broad way giving access to the use of NFTs in the Game and ability for users to buy/sell NFT characters in the Game to earn other resources and token rewards.

Q6: In view of the FTX incident, what do you think of it? And why do you think that Bitget is a trustworthy exchange for you to cooperate with?

A6：

Well, there’s no single boring day in crypto, blockchain, or GameFi. The incident that occurred with FTX is something to describe as incompetency, lack of transparency and accountability.

In line with what I think about Bitget being secured:

Bitget has one of the smartest minds working as a team with lots experience in both the blockchain industry and the finance sector.

Transparency is one thing Bitget always puts at the frontline of operations. Bitget ensures all their dealings are made public and no back doors to the way they operate and their system of communicating with the community is always another good thing too.

Accountability and Security: Bitget provides the best security system amongst other CEXs out there, and making sure user’s funds are safe is what has made me keep using the exchange platform without any fear of fund loss.
